Oh the friend in needs to the poor and desperate… the saintly Msgr. Lawrence,

Extending my gratitude towards the blessing received through the intercession of you.

One of my fingers had a sore in a very dangerous condition. I could not work with that diseased finger. When I consulted a doctor, he said that the pus inside the finger has spread completely and the affected finger has to be cut-off immediately. I was really confused. I decided to visit the tomb of Msgr. Lawrence. I prayed everyday and applied the sacred oil obtained from there on my finger. My finger has completely recovered from the ill condition with the help of you. I and my family strongly believe this has happened only because of Monsignor.

Glory to Jesus!

Msgr. Lawrence, you are known not to discard people who plead upon you! I am praying to you for a 19 month old baby of my neighborhood. The baby had a fever which the parents had diagnosed at the Lakshmi Hospital, Ernakulam. The family had this child after awaiting more than 4 years. The authorities had given medicines. Even after takink it for a week, the fever did not shown any decrease. Then the hospital authorities had asked them to take an injection costing INR 2,500 every day. Continued that for another week but again the fever still shown no settlement. After that the hospital people had informed the parents that they had no further treatments for this. According to them the baby's head has some infection and referred to fetch him to the Medical College at Kottayam. Without any delay parents admitted him in the said Medical College. The baby was in a totally exhausted condition.

I was came to know all these only by 1st of Novenber which was the day for weekly conducting Novena at the Church. I prayed sincerely for that baby before the Almighty and promised to submit a favours received letter once the baby gets cured. Is this the miracle? From then onwards the baby shown tremendous improvement and got discharged from the Medical College on the 3rd week, ie., 25th. Both parents had came to see me. They all were convinced by the power of prayer with intercession of Monsignor. The almighty shown this result right before their eyes!

My little daughter is 5 years old now. Stomach Pain along with fever were really disturbing the child for a long time. We did not know the cause for these. Her body was scanned two times as per the suggestions of Doctors but still did not find any problem. During this time my mother started to participate in the Novena and Holy Mass at the tomb of Monsignor Lawrence. She prayed for the intercession of Monsignor and promised to participate in the Mass and Novena for 3 consecutive weeks. After she completed this, suddenly the child experienced the stomach pain again. During this time, through the scan, doctors were shown symptoms of Appendicitis. Soon they cleared this through an operation.

We are so much grateful to the Monsignor for showing us the exact problem with my child and also for protecting her to complete the operation without any problems. We have another request for the Monsignor. My child was not taking in the required food daily. We pray with the intercession of Monsignor to change the reluctance of her for food. Praying to bestow upon us all the good things and happiness in our family. Once again delivering the evergreen flowers of gratitude to the monsignor, from deep inside of our hearts.

Glory to the God in favour of his blessings!

Our family partition agreement has not been realized for more than 25 years due to some financial and unforeseen reasons. When I prayed to God with intercession of Monsignor aall members of our family had agreed to do the partition single-mindedly without any dispute. Expressing my wholehearted gratitude to the Monsignor for the blessing.

I also had a knee-jerk which the doctors had diagnosed to settle with medicines first, and if of no use, then planned to do a surgery. I have prayed for healing this while visiting the tomb of Monsignor. After few days a miracle had happened. I had complete relief from this illness without undergoing any operation.

My son Joyson has got the fix disease when he was a boy at the age of 1 year. Doctors advised to continue medication for 6 months as this may come in the future. I had prayed to God and promised to visit the tomb of Monsignor on every anniversary day and to lighten the candles. This is still continued. My son has 21 years now. He had only one fix disease at the age of 1 and the same disease has not come after that for these 21 years. We all believe that this is by the grace of the Monsignor only. I and my family are grateful to you, Monsignor.

Expressing plenty of gratitude to the saintly Monsignor,

My name is Silvadasan A and I am from Thiruvananthapuram District. I was working abroad for two years. It was period of loss to me. I approach failure in all my attempts. Later with the demand of my family members, I have decided to go for qualifying exams for going abroad. Again met the failure in the very first attempt. This was broken my heart. I thought I was destined for not to escape from these failures and loss. Was totally disappointed in life. Outsiders had began to treat me and my family as of no use. But for a last time I decided, with the family's support, tried to go for UK. I came for Visa application procedures at Ernakulam where I met one of my colleagues Fr. Abraham, who was a priest at the St Lawrence Church of Edakochi. Father informed me of the saintly Monsignor. I did not believe in him at first. We had decided to spend at the seminary of Fr. Abraham as it was night and I had with me my spouse and our little girl Angelina. During the night, the little girl started crying without any break. I and my wife had done all possible things to make her comfortable, but not succeeded. Then my wife started praying to the Monsignor to help us and drawn the Cross-upon the forehead of the little girl. Just within 2 to 3 seconds, she stopped crying and slept comfortably for the rest of the night. One the next morning she got up the bed very pleasing and happy. I was surprised seeing all these. An interest to visit the tomb of the Monsignor aroused inside me. Fr. Abraham fetched us to his tomb very soon. I felt un-explainable happiness and calmness when I was near to the tomb of the Monsignor. I confessed there it self before the priest and went back to my house. Within one week my Visa was ready. All the bad habits which were with me completely disappeared with that confession.

My family and I believe that Monsignor is alive even today! I am happy to share my experience with him to you all through this letter and hope the Lord Almighty may do the needful to declare him as Saint very soon.
